Acupuncture is a regulated healthcare treatment that involves the insertion of very fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body. While rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture is also supported by modern research for its effects on the nervous system, circulation, and the body’s natural pain-modulating processes.

Stimulation of acupuncture points may help promote blood flow, regulate the nervous system, and trigger the release of endorphins and other natural chemicals that support pain relief and healing. Acupuncture is commonly used to help manage conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, stress and anxiety, headaches, sleep concerns, digestive issues, and overall wellness.

Safe, minimally invasive, and evidence-informed, acupuncture can be used on its own or alongside other therapies to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function.

Orthotics can help with a variety of conditions including foot pain, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, hip pain, and lower back discomfort. By improving alignment from the ground up, orthotics can enhance comfort, stability, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
