Acupuncture is a holistic therapy with roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine, now widely recognized in modern healthcare for its ability to support the body’s natural healing processes. By inserting fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body known as meridians, acupuncture aims to restore balance and promote the smooth flow of qi (vital energy). This stimulation may enhance blood circulation, activate the nervous system, and trigger the release of endorphins and other natural pain relievers. Acupuncture is commonly used to help manage chronic pain, stress and anxiety, sleep disorders, digestive issues, and more. Safe, evidence-informed, and non-invasive, acupuncture bridges traditional wisdom and modern science to support overall wellness.
